We currently ship to:

🇨🇦 Canada

Note: We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


⏳ Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

- U.S. Orders: 3–6 business days

- Canada Orders: 6–12 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to postal delays or carrier disruptions.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.


📬 Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking numbers. You will receive tracking details by email once your package ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

1. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

❗ Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
