- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to keep your item.
- We accept returns for any concern, whether the item is opened or unopened.

💵 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- You will receive email confirmation once your refund is processed.
🔁 Exchanges
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will try to resolve the issue (e.g., troubleshooting).
- If it cannot be resolved, we’ll offer an exchange or full refund.
- Photo proof is required for any damaged or defective products.
- Exchanges are free of charge.
🚚 Return Shipping
- We provide a ground economy return label at no cost.
- If you prefer a faster return method, you may choose to pay the difference.
📦 Shipping Issues
- If your package is damaged or lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked.
🌍 International Orders
- We accept international returns (e.g., from Canada).
- For returns outside the U.S., the customer pays 50% of the return shipping cost, and we cover the rest.
